The conference only accepts reports submitted through the online submission system; any manuscripts sent via email will not be processed. Therefore, authors need to create an account and log in to the platform before submitting.

A. CREATE AN ACCOUNT If you do not have an account, please click here to create one. Authors need to enter complete information as follows:

After successful registration, a verification email will be sent to the author. Please click on the link in the email to verify the account.

B. LOG IN TO THE SYSTEM To register for attendance at the Conference or submit a manuscript, authors and scientists must first log in to the Conference system here.

C. REGISTRATION FOR ATTENDANCE AND FEE PAYMENT After logging in, authors can register for attendance here, or select the "Register for Conference Attendance" option in the system interface.

• Conference attendance fee: 1,000,000 VND/person (excluding the full paper submission fee).

To register for attendance, please select "Register for Attendance", scan the QR code for bank transfer, and upload the image of the successful transfer.

• Conference attendance fee: 1,000,000 VND/person (registration until June 30, 2026), 1,500,000 VND/person (after June 30, 2026).
• Delegates wishing to purchase additional copies of the Full Paper Proceedings of the Conference should register on the Conference website; the fee is 1,000,000 VND/copy.

To register for purchasing the Full Paper Proceedings, please select "Register to Purchase Proceedings", scan the QR code for bank transfer, and upload the image of the successful transfer.

The Conference includes the following sub-committees and presentation formats:

• Sub-committee on Biochemical and Protein Technology;
• Sub-committee on Agricultural Biotechnology;

• Sub-committee on Regenerative Medicine and Cell Therapy.

Conference Presentation Formats:

• Plenary reports: following the opening session are the plenary reports by keynote speakers.
• Oral presentations: Each oral presentation and discussion at the Conference shall not exceed 20 minutes (including discussion).
• Poster presentations: Each poster is limited to an area equivalent to A0 size.

To register for attendance and presentation at the Conference, authors should follow these steps:

• Step 1 - After logging in, in the system interface, select "Register for Attendance" or click here. Enter information including paper title, poster, abstract; select language; select specialized sub-committee; select presentation format (if any); then click the "Update Registration" button.
• Step 2 - Check information - Scan QR code - Transfer fee.
• Step 3 - Upload the image of successful transfer. Example image of successful transfer.
• Step 4 - Upload abstract file, presentation slides, poster, etc.

D. SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPER

Step 1 - After logging in, in the system interface, select "Submit Full Paper - New Submission" or click here.

Step 2 - In the submission interface, enter paper information and authors.

After filling in all information, click the "Save and Continue" button to upload the paper file and proceed to the next step.

Step 3 - Upload the paper file.

Step 4 - Scan QR code to pay the fee and upload the image of successful transfer.

• Full paper submission fee: 1,000,000 VND/paper.

Step 5 - Track the review status of the paper. After successfully submitting the full paper, authors are invited to track the review status at the "Submit Full Paper" section.
