NATIONAL BIOTECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE 2026

The National Biotechnology Conference is an annual scientific event organized by the Vietnam Biotechnology Association, under the Vietnam Union of Biological Sciences. In 2026, with the approval of the Vietnam Union of Biological Sciences, Dong A University is honored to host the Conference. The Conference serves as a prestigious scientific forum for scientists, experts, lecturers, doctoral candidates, master’s students, and undergraduate students from universities, research institutes, colleges, enterprises, and related organizations to present research findings, share achievements, update emerging trends, and promote in-depth and interdisciplinary collaboration in the field of biotechnology. Detailed information is as follows:

The Conference serves as a prestigious scientific forum for scientists, experts, lecturers, doctoral candidates, master’s students, and undergraduate students from universities, research institutes, colleges, enterprises, and related organizations. It provides an opportunity to present research findings, share achievements, update emerging trends, and promote in-depth and interdisciplinary collaboration in the field of biotechnology. 2. Time and Venue

• Time: 02 days, tentatively scheduled for August 7-8, 2026
• Venue: Dong A University, No. 33 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang City, Viet Nam

4. Presentation Formats

• Plenary presentations: Following the opening ceremony, keynote speakers will deliver plenary presentations.
• Oral presentations: Each oral presentation, including discussion, shall not exceed 20 minutes.
• Poster presentations: Each poster shall be limited to an A0-size display area.

5. Publication

• Conference Proceedings: All abstracts accepted by the Organizing Committee will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be provided to registered participants at the Conference.
• Full-paper Proceedings: Full papers that meet the publication requirements will be edited and published in the Conference Full-paper Proceedings, which are recognized for academic credit by the State Council for Professor Title. One copy of the Proceedings will be provided to each author or group of authors whose full paper is accepted for publication.

6. Language

The official languages of the Conference are Vietnamese and English.

7. Registration

Participants are required to register via the Conference website: http://hncnsh2026.donga.edu.vn.

8. Submission and Participation Fees

• Full-paper submission fee: VND 1,000,000 per paper
• Conference participation fee:

VND 1,000,000 per participant (registration by June 30, 2026)

VND 1,500,000 per participant (registration after June 30, 2026)

Notes:

• Authors or groups of authors are required to pay the full-paper submission fee at the time of submission via the Conference website.
• For each accepted full paper, the author(s) will receive one (01) copy of the Conference Full-paper Proceedings.
• Registered participants will receive the Conference Proceedings, name badge, stationery, tea breaks, and lunch.
• Participants are required to create a personal account to register for the Conference and submit full papers via the Conference website (http://hncnsh2026.donga.edu.vn).
• Participants wishing to purchase additional copies of the Conference Full-paper Proceedings must register via the Conference website. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per copy.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and meals.
• Payment instructions: After registering on the Conference website, participants are requested to pay the applicable fees via bank transfer in accordance with the instructions provided on the Conference website.
